Abolition of the United Graduate School of Veterinary Science, Yamaguchi University
The United Graduate School of Veterinary Science, Yamaguchi University, which had stopped accepting students after April 2019, has sent off its last graduating class, bringing its history to an end on March 31, 2025. The United Graduate School of Veterinary Science, established in 1990, is comprised of Yamaguchi University, Tottori University, Kagoshima University, and Miyazaki University (which withdrew at the end of March 2010), and has produced many outstanding human resources through diverse educational and research activities that take advantage of the unique characteristics of each university, thereby contributing to academic development and regional and international society.
