Request for an Academic Certificate and a Certificate for Student Discounts

Types of Certificates To Be Issued
・Certificate of Enrollment
・Academic Transcript
・Certificate of Prospective Graduation (senior students only)
・Certificate of Graduation (completion students only)

Certificates will be written either in Japanese or in English. In the case of English, since time is taken, please apply earlier. If certificates cannot be issued for a certain period of time, it will be announced at the university homepage.  Contact us directly for the other types of certificates.

Certificate for Student Discounts

The certificate is valid for three months.
One certificate can be used for transportation for a round trip or a consecutive trip (e.g. part of the sections overlaps).

* Academic certificates and certificates for student discounts are issued free of charge.  Delivery of the certificate to the university in which the student has enrolled is free of charge.  The certificate can also be delivered to the student's residence or company at the student's expense.

Application by E-Mail or Fax: Fax a complete Academic Certificate Request or Request for a Certificate for Student Discounts form to the number given below, or e-mail the required information to the address below.

If you request delivery of the certificate to your residence or company, return postage must be sent to the address specified after the certificate is delivered.
